Six workshops across two campuses, 128 training vehicles and 6 students per bay. The equipment list below is what you will actually touch — not a wish list from a brochure.
Bay 01Six lifts, four engine stands, two strip-down benches. Engine and gearbox rebuilds happen on live vehicles first, then on bench units.
Lab 01Isolated HV bays with lockout stations, four pack teardown benches, motor and inverter rigs, thermal cameras and insulation testers.
Booth 01Two spray booths with extraction, two frame machines, MIG and spot welders, and a spectrophotometer for colour matching.
Studio 01Lined correction bays with controlled lighting, dual-action polishers, paint depth gauges, IR curing lamps and a film application table.
Bay 02Static calibration targets for three OEM families, four-post alignment rig, oscilloscopes, smoke machines and coding platforms.
Bay 03Inspection lighting rig, paint depth gauges, borescopes and a lift for underbody assessment, plus a valuation data terminal.
Counted each term as part of the assessment audit. If a number drops below the teaching requirement, the intake for that major is capped until it is replaced.

A class never exceeds six in a bay. Everyone gets a vehicle and a workstation; the instructor rotates between jobs, checking torque, procedure and documentation.
